- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Great doctor - incompetent staff. Twice now they have sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy over an hour away from my current residence. Four times I have been directed to some type of medical voicemail with moderately urgent concerns with no follow-up from the office whatsoever. The prescription refills take days and I have medication that must be taken daily. I want to switch doctors badly, but Dr. Garcia has been my primary care my entire life and knows my history well.September 14, 2017by Hilary Tesluck
